2002 - present  CIBER, Inc. - Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager

On long term contract with the City and County of San Francisco.  I lead a team embedded in city offices that operates the city's Online Services group.  The project facilitates all e-commerce transactions for multiple agencies within the city.  The group is self contained and provides web development, consulting, customer service, and accounting functions to allow for the flow of funds into city departments via the Internet.

The group has developed and operated many public city web applications including: Parking and traffic citation payment, property and business tax payment, building permit filing and tracking, city hall appointments, application for licenses, and more.

2000 - 2002  NetQuest, Inc. - Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager

NetQuest was an Internet development contractor. Its clients included a range of companies from small startups to Fortune 500 corporations. As a senior project manager, I was responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, designing business solutions, and leading project development.
